EBNS-events is the controller of your personal data and determines—alone or jointly with others—what data are collected and the purposes and means of processing. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access and misuse.

a) Personal Data You Provide

When you contact us through a form on our website, we may collect:

Purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Our contact forms include a dedicated GDPR checkbox to record your consent. Your message is sent directly to our mailbox, and a copy is stored in our secure website database as a backup.

Depending on your interaction, the following categories of data may be processed:

Your data are stored on servers hosted by our partner Combell (Belgium). Combell treats privacy and security seriously and protects your data with due care.

Some analytics and security data (e.g., Google Analytics, Wordfence) may be processed or stored in other countries such as the United States.

We aim to respond to requests within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer, but we will keep you informed.
